CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If your plans change, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible so I can offer that appointment to another client. Cancellation Policy: • There is no cancellation fee. However, appointments that require a booking deposit are subject to the deposit policy below. Deposit Policy: • Some services require a non-refundable booking deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service at your appointment. • If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one (1) time to a new appointment scheduled within 90 days of your original appointment date. • After 90 days, or if your appointment is rescheduled more than once, the original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reserve a future appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another person or another service. Late Arrivals: • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely complete your appointment. No-Shows: • Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit any deposit paid. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments that require one.
